How We Do It

Our Commercial Concrete Process

  1. 1

    Site Review & Specs

We review your site, plans and requirements and give you a clear, written estimate.

  2. 2

    Scheduling

We plan the work around your operations to minimize disruption.

  3. 3

    Site Prep

Excavation, grading, compaction, forms and reinforcement to spec.

  4. 4

    Pour & Finish

We pour, finish and cut control joints, coordinating with any required inspections.

  5. 5

    Cure & Handoff

We let you know when the area is ready for traffic and leave the site clean.

Care & Maintenance

Keep vehicles off new concrete for about 7 days and heavy equipment off for closer to 28 days. Avoid rock salt and harsh de-icers, especially the first winter. Clean up oil and chemical spills promptly, and consider sealing high-traffic exterior areas every few years.
